We worked with CAS at a time when we had a backlog of items for repair which was causing us operational inefficiencies and extra cost. We set out a list of requirements of which all were met and surpassed. The account manager we were assigned got things moving when we hit process challenges and we set clear actions between weekly governance sessions.
After a few months of the process in flow we felt bi-monthly governance sessions were enough as we had clear channels for communication and the process design between CAS and our organisation became seamless. We set our expectations of SLA’s and they were met. We now have a constant flow of refurbished products that adds value to our portfolio of products and gives our engineers confidence that refurbishment works effectively. We save thousands of pounds each year through CAS rather than replacing products as new.
