Company Incorporated

Company acquires stock, assets and the benefit of existing contracts of Redhouse Engineering. 18 staff, 16 in compressor division, 2 in tools division.

2001

CAS appoints Techmotive distributor by TMT UK Ltd.

2001

CAS secures major European Supply Agreement with Tier 1 seating manufacturer.

2002

JLR selects CAS/GSE Techmotive partnership to provide DC tooling for the T5 (new Discovery and Range Rover Sport) platform.

2003

CAS partners with Makita.

2004

CAS partners with JLR for the launch of their new Discovery and Range Rover Sport vehicles.

2006

CAS acquires Techmotive Tool UK LTD.

2006

CAS appointed UK sole distributor for GSE Techmotive and ASG products.

2008

CAS appoints first dedicated Project Manager to oversee Tooling projects in JLR.

2008

CAS appointed Bosch distributor.

2011

CAS appoints Project Management contract to over see tooling contract for the new Range Rover.

2012

CAS sells it’s Compressor Division to HPC Compressor in a ‘Friendly’ deal.

2012

Dave Heard acquires 100% shareholding.

2014

CAS secures new tooling contract at JLR for the new multi-platform assembly hall and F-Pace.

2015

CAS secures major contract with Aston Martin, providing onsite service department resources.

2015

CAS secures contract to supply Aston Martin with tooling for the DB11 platform.

2017

CAS appointed Silver Distributor for Ingersoll Rand.

2018

CAS secures tooling contract for new Aston Martin plant in St.Athan.

2019

CAS secures contract for new JLR assembly hall for the next generation Range Rover.

2019

Vendor Initiated Management Buy-Out. Dave Heard becomes Chairman.

2023

CAS appointed UK Sole integrator to Stahwille Daptiq.

2024

Dave Embley joins CAS as Managing Director.

CAS appointed UK integrator partner for Mountz Tightening Systems.

CAS appointed UK Sole CE partner for Bosch Rexroth Tightening Solutions.
